Download Instructions
Copy and paste the link(s) you are provided in the email into the address bar of your web browser. You will be directed to a page where you can click on a link to download the file. It is very important that you use a web browser to download the files.

DO NOT "right-click, save target" out of your email application, this will cause an error.
DO NOT use a download manager to download the files.

Not explicitly following these instructions will most likely cause an error.

MAC Users:
There seems to be an issue with Safari and Fire Fox for mac where the file is downloaded with an added ".html" extension, so it ends up looking like: "trackname.mp3.html" and will not work. The fix for this is super easy: simply remove the ".html" extension, so instead of "trackname.mp3.html", it will now be "trackname.mp3".
